Fittings and Alterations

Millie Couture provides an expert fitting and alteration service in-house, for pre purchased wedding gowns catering also for  bridesmaids, and Mother of the Bride outfits.

We prioritise our brides from start to finish, ensuring all necessary adjustments and alterations are made.

The first fitting appointment at our Salisbury Boutique will help identify what needs attention, and you can pair this with a styling session if you're looking for veils jewellery, or hats  to complete your look.

We offer fittings during the week and on Saturdays. With years of experience, we handle all concerns, from hems and loose bodices to missing beading and fit issues, including reconstruction when needed.

Customisation allows you to add a personal touch your gown, whether through straps, a bolero, lace motifs, additional beading, or like belts and veils.

​

Since most off-the-peg gowns come standard sizes, it's rare for a dress to fit perfectly in both the bodice and length. We provide a rough guide to alteration prices.
